Do you have a catalog?

No, we DO NOT offer a Paper Catalog. Our website contains up-to-date information and serves as a “paperless” catalog. We do have plans to create a printable PDF format catalog sometime in the near future. Once this is available there will be a 'catalog' link at the top of every page of our website. Thank you!

Where can I find what I'm looking for?

We understand that we have a fairly extensive website and sometimes it can be difficult to locate your favorite gift. We have devised a site map that you can use by clicking on the 'contents button' at the top of any page of our website to help you locate your favorite items here at Pioneer Heritage Shoppe. Additionally, we now have a 'search' box that you can type in your own search for products on our website. Why do some of your website pages show up incorrectly?

Our website design was originally set up to work best on Internet Explorer. We have made every effort to get it to work correctly on every browser, but with technology continuing to change some browsers may still not represent our site accurately. We have had reports that those using Netscape have the greatest difficulty, so if you experience problems we suggest trying a different browser. You may contact us and let us know your difficulties and if we are able to help you we most certainly will. Thank you

Can I return something if I'm dissatisfied?

Yes! However, due to the hand-crafted nature of our work some products are not returnable. We are also happy to exchange your purchase for a similar product (some restrictions apply), so please read our "Terms of Service-Return Policies" for specific details. Thank you!

What payments will you accept and how will my private information be handled?

Pioneer Heritage Shoppe accepts payments by most major credit card and debit cards. We also accept payments by certified checks either certified personal checks or certified money orders for USA & Canada. International customers will need to make payments via certified check. Pay Pal payments are accepted by special request only (some restrictions apply). Your credit card details will be taken on our secure server and is encrypted and sent via SSL secure transmission, the latest and most secure technology available. You will be asked to provide your CVV2 (3 or 4 digit code) code off the back or front of your credit card. No Credit Card information is maintained after the sale. When can I expect my order?

On most every page of our site is a statement regarding the timeline for an individual product. How is it that your Shoppe is not a registered member of the Better Business Bureau?

Well now, this is an interesting question.  First of all we did check into this organization with full intentions of becoming registered when we first opened our doors here in North Dakota.  However, our own internal investigation of this company turned up some shocking discoveries. First of all they are not a federal organization, but are merely in business supported by the very businesses they monitor. After a great deal of research we have concluded that they are nothing but a farce out to hurt small businesses and so we have chosen not be become members of an organization that clearly is out for their own gain.  While each BBB office may be run differently we do not feel that becoming members of this dubious organization would be beneficial to our company or you the consumer.  They do not protect consumers, nor do they protect businesses.  Furthermore, any reports they have on file either negative or positive are loosely based on any truth and if negative most likely based on lies or misconstrued information.  If you are a paid member they more than likely will only report some if any negative reports and if you are not members you are guaranteed to receive negative reports. We recommend you do your own research to discover the validity of what we found and the validity of this organization. You can take a look at the rip off report  among many other online sources. We have found many other discoveries about the BBB that bring into question their own credibility as a business, but we will let you do your own research and discover those for yourself.
