Please use our Heritage Hand-Knitted Slipper Size Chart To figure your
slipper size.
Because these size
charts are based upon manufacturer sizing please
use your best actual foot measurement for more accurate sizes.
Additionally please keep in mind that many people buy their shoes too
big for them in order to compensate for width. See bottom of the
page for a width guideline.
Slipper Measurement: Standing on the tape measure, please
measure from the bottom of your heal to the tip of the longest toe.
This is more important than shoe sizes for a more exact slipper fit.
However, if your foot is very wide please let us know as we will
need to adjust the size accordingly. This measurement method is the
same whether it is for an adult or child. However, since children's
feet grow fairly quickly you may wish to have them made one size
larger. You will need to specify this when placing your order.
Please provide us with the nearest whole or half inch size to your
measurement. If your foot measures 9 3/4" then you should select a
10" size if your foot measures 9 1/4 you should select 9 1/2" and so
forth. For more details click
HERE See other size and width charts below.

Industry Shoe Widths
Shoe widths are
indicated by letters A-E. In men's
shoes, letters most commonly used are C, D
and E. In women's shoes, the
sizes most used are AA and B.
Narrow
Width Size
Narrow widths in shoes are for
people who have a narrower-than-average foot. In
men, a narrow shoe width is defined
by the letter B; in women's
shoes, it's indicated by AA.
Medium Shoe Width Medium shoe widths are the most widly
found size and considered the average or standard in the
shoe industry. In men's shoes, the
letter used is a D; for
women, it's B.
Wide-Width Shoe
Wide-width shoes are for people who have a foot
that is wider than the average foot. Wide width in
men's shoes is indicated by the
letter EE, in women's shoes
a D.
Extra Foot Widths
Extra wide widths are less common, but those who need
them generally need to special order them. Even though
our hand-knit slippers do stretch it is important to let
us know you wear a wider shoe so we can make sure they
stretch enough to fit comfortably. The extra-wide width
shoes in men's sizes are indicated
by an EEEE, and in women's
an EE.
