Shipping Policies: Shipments
must be to a physical address. Any order submitted with a PO
Box for delivery will be charged additional fees for express
service. Military, APO and PO Box delivery addresses will need to select 2-3 Day express
shipping.
Shipping: We take packaging your gifts very seriously here at
Pioneer Heritage Shoppe. All orders are carefully packaged for
careful safe shipping to ensure your product arrives in the same
condition as it left our Shoppe. For combined shipping discounts see
below.
Shipping Day is generally Tuesday - Our products are
shipped out using DHL or UPS although some packages may ship USPS
at our discretion. All products are shipped out standard
shipping once a week. If you need your product shipped out sooner
you will need to pay the extra shipping fees for express shipment.
Make your selection by using the drop down menu next to each buy
button. These prices will be added to your order and will be
reflected on your final receipt. For a quote you may contact us via
email and we can send you a price quote for your address. You must
include your complete address to receive an express shipping quote.
Please be aware even if you pay for express shipping if a product is
out of stock or is a made to order item shipping will not take place
until the product is ready for shipping. Please keep in mind express
fees can be costly. If you do not request a quote we will ship per
your request regardless of the cost.
Shipping & Fees: Most all our product prices include standard shipping
fees and are for lower 48 states only. Alaska & Hawaii and
international orders can expect to pay more. Canadian Customers can
expect to pay duty and any Canadian taxes required at the border or
to mail carrier (if applicable). We ship Canadian orders Global
Priority Mail or Global Express Mail if requested. Canadian shipping
fees do not differ that much from USA shipping fees and very often
there is no difference at all, so please contact us if you have
questions. Any additional shipping fees will be added to your
invoice prior to the shipment of your order. There are some
products that are listed on our site without shipping fees. We
found that for those products it's better to add shipping at the
time of shipment instead of estimating shipping costs. You may
always contact us for a quote.
Over-sized shipping: Some of our wreaths and swags are priced
with oversized shipping included. Oversized packages will ship out
DHL ground (or a shipping company offering the best price at the
time) unless you specify otherwise. Some areas are charging
us more, so if oversize shipping fees exceed our estimates they will
be added to your invoice at the time of shipping. This includes any
wreath over 24" that may require oversized shipping even if it
doesn't state that is ships oversized. Many of our wreaths and swags
are actually larger than indicated requiring oversized shipping.

Express Shipping & Fees: We ship primarily DHL.
Express service for 2 or 3 day will ship out via DHL or UPS.
Please use the drop down menu's listed next to each product for
selecting express shipping options. If you don't see one next to the
product you wish to order, please make a note in the comments box
located in the shopping cart to add this service. To receive a price
quote for express shipping you will need to contact us.
Please keep in mind
that express shipping can be quite expensive. We advise you to
request a quote. If you fail to do so you will be charged all
express fees.

International Shipping Fees: Please email us for a
shipping quote. The extra shipping fees will simply be added to your
total and your credit card will be charged. See above links
regarding expedited services available and contact us for quotes.
All International Orders will be shipped Air Mail or Global Express.
Use the shipping selections in the drop down menu and select the
speed you wish it shipped. There is no overnight service available.

Shipping Discounts on Multiple Purchases: Available on
multiple items shipped in one package to the same delivery address.
Not all our products will be able to be shipped in the same box, but
we will happily pass on any savings we can to you when you order
multiple items that are able to be shipped together to the same
address. Some breakables, most floral arrangements and wreaths
generally must ship separately. The majority of our other
products can be combined. All our products are priced with
shipping and packing fees included for individually packaged
shipments, so by purchasing multiple items you can really save! If
you would like a quote on how much you will save you are welcome to
email us for a quote. Please provide us with items you would
like to order, your address and zip code for accurate shipping
discounts.
Delivery Problems: We ship your orders to the address you
provide us. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, you
refused it, or
because you failed to pick it up from the shipping company then you
will be assessed a return/pickup fee. This is a fee that we are
required to pay and we must pass that on to you. If you want the
order re-shipped there will be additional shipping fees as well. If
you don't want the order re-shipped you will be assessed a
re-stocking fee and any other fees as stated in our return policy.
Where's My Order?: If you have questions about where your
order is, if it has been shipped or why it hasn't arrived. YOU MUST
CONTACT US at Pioneer Heritage Shoppe as soon as possible. If you
contact the credit card company, or any other entity we can not help
you in a timely manner. You will receive an email notifying you of
when your order was shipped, how it was shipped, a tracking number
(if available) and when to expect delivery. If you don't receive
your order within a few days of that timeline, please contact us so
we can trace the package. We want you to receive your order in a
timely manner and we will do everything in our power to be sure you
do receive your order without incidence. If you fail to notify us in
a timely manner and the shipping company can not locate your
package, or reimburse us the insured rate for the package then we
can't send you a replacement. So it is in your best interest to
contact us as soon as possible. Thank you.
Shipping Timelines & Questions: We will ship your gift
directly to any location you desire (there may be limitations on
international locations). Most orders are shipped with insurance and
timelines for shipping will vary depending upon stock and custom

Picking Up Your Order: If you are a local customer or are
just planning on being in the area, simply place your order online
and in the comments section write "pickup". You will receive an
email or a telephone call to let you know when your order will be
ready to be picked up. Either call in to pay for your order using
your credit card (although we do prefer you come in to process your
credit cards) and get the price without shipping or use our online
secure SSL shopping cart and select check or money order payment
option in our shopping cart. We do require all custom orders to pay
50% down if you are picking up your order. Contact US to make
deposit arrangements, or if you have any questions.

mind that delivery for these holidays is dependant upon placing your
order within the guidelines of shipping dates noted and express
shipping options for orders placed after these dates. We will do
everything we can to assure your packages arrive in time within
these guidelines. Please keep in mind that if you are ordering
something that is Custom Made it will take longer to get your order

simply follow the ordering guidelines of 7-14 days unless you are
ordering a Yule Log in which case you may wish to order 3-4 weeks in

Thanksgiving Day - CANADA October 13, 2008 Order By September
29th for regular delivery and use express delivery

Orders received during this time will be processed on

Normal Delivery Guidelines - Please refer to our shipping policies.
Even if you pay for express delivery your order can only ship
out once we have made the product. Some products we do not guarantee
color choices for, so it is best if you select additional color
choices when ordering. We will choose for you otherwise.
When can I expect to receive my order? All of our country
decorating and nostalgic gifts are made as the order is received,
ensuring that all our exclusive floral designs are fresh and to
allow for custom orders. We ship on Tuesdays only unless you pay for
express shipping.
All In-stock gifts and decor ship out the following shipping day (or
sooner if express shipping is requested) after payment has been
verified through our fraud department.
Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks of receiving your
order. If there will be a longer delay we will notify you.
Orders for our exclusive dried flower wreaths and other dried
flower designs generally ship out within 2-3 weeks of receiving the
order (very often they ship out within 10 days). Some designs may
already be made and ready to ship. Feel free to contact us for more
details. Please note - even if you pay for express delivery your
order can only ship out once we have made the product.
Hand-knitting orders take 2-12 weeks (excluding weekends & holidays)
depending upon what you have ordered. Please refer to the ordering
page for the hand-knitted product you are ordering for more specific

General rule of thumb is to place your order 7 -14 business
days prior to the holiday but in some locations it may take as long
as 25 days. So plan your shipping method accordingly. Two to three
day express is your best choice for the fastest delivery. We
strongly suggest planning ahead or selecting 2 day or overnight
service. We will do everything we can to assure your packages arrive
in time within these guidelines.
