Shipping Policies: ALL
shipments must be to a physical address. Sorry, but we no
longer ship to APO/AE addresses (effective 9-8-09). All shipping fees will be paid by the buyer whether
you are receiving it for the first time, or having an exchange
reshipped to you.
Shipping: We take packaging your gifts very seriously here at
Pioneer Heritage Shoppe. All orders are carefully packaged for
careful safe shipping to ensure your product arrives in the same
condition as it left our Shoppe. For combined shipping discounts see
below.
Shipping Notifications: If your package ships out UPS you will
receive an automated shipping notification with tracking details.
Shipping Day is generally Tuesday and Friday - Our products are
shipped out using UPS. All products are shipped out standard
shipping twice a week (although we may ship more frequently during
busy seasons). If you need your product shipped out sooner
(or received in a hurry) you will need to either pay the extra shipping fees for express shipment
or request that we ship sooner (there may be a small fee to expedite
this with UPS) just email us or make a comment in the comments box
during checkout.
Make your shipping selection by using the drop down menu next to each buy
button. Estimated shipping fees will be added in the shopping cart
and any adjustments in actual shipping fees will be will be reflected on your final receipt. For a quote you may contact us via
email and we can send you a price quote for your address. You must
include your complete address to receive an express shipping quote.
Please be aware even if you pay for express shipping if a product is
out of stock or is a made to order item shipping will not take place
until the product is ready for shipping. Please keep in mind express
fees can be costly. If you do not request a quote we will ship per
your request regardless of the cost.
SHIPPING METHOD NOTICE: We
only ship UPS - We
have been forced to make changes in our shipping methods due to
serious service, delivery and loss issues with USPS and because of
these issues we will NO LONGER use USPS for any shipment! We are
sorry if this is an inconvenience for you, but we feel it is a
necessary precaution to protect our company as well as your
purchases. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping & Fees: Due to some confusion regarding
shipping fees a base shipping fee based on
a value percent is added to your order in the shopping cart.
However, this may not be accurate, so we will make adjustments on
your final invoice based on your shipping location. All shipping
and handling fees will be reflected on your final invoice as stated on each
ordering page and at the bottom of every page of our website. Canadian Customers can
expect to pay duty and any Canadian taxes required at the border or
to mail carrier (if applicable). We ship Canadian orders the same

Express Shipping & Fees: We only ship UPS as stated
above. Please use the drop down menu's listed next to each product for
selecting express shipping options. If you don't see one next to the
product you wish to order, please make a note in the comments box
located in the shopping cart to add this service. To receive a price
quote for express shipping you will need to contact us.
Please keep in mind
that express shipping can be quite expensive. We advise you to
request a quote. If you fail to do so you will be charged all
express fees.
Additionally some
areas do not have overnight service. If UPS
notifies us that your area does not have overnight service
availability, we will select the next quickest method of service for
your location.

International Shipping Fees: All international UPS
shipping is standard ground service unless you waive that option. Please email us for a
shipping quote. The extra shipping fees will simply be added to your
total and your credit card will be charged. See above links
regarding expedited services available and contact us for quotes.
We will ship all International orders the least costly service so
they may ship UPS or USPS depending of cost (this is the only
exception to our shipping service usage). All shipments will be
insured. Use the shipping selections in the drop down menu and select the
speed you wish it shipped. If express shipping fees for the
items you have requested are excessive we will ship at a slower
speed to reduce your costs. If you do not want this you must let us
know in the comments box to charge you whatever the fees are. There is no overnight service available.

Delivery Problems: We ship your orders to the
address you provide us. If your order is returned to us as
undeliverable, you refused it, or because you failed to pick it up
from the shipping company then you will be assessed a return/pickup
fee. This is a fee that we are required to pay and we must pass that
on to you. If you want the order re-shipped there will be additional
shipping fees as well. If you don't want the order re-shipped you
will be assessed a re-stocking fee and any other fees as stated in
our return policy. Additionally, please keep in mind that we
are not responsible for your errors in entering wrong addresses on
the order form. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your
order ships out you will be responsible for tracking down your
package and obtaining it from where you told us to ship it. If
you suspect you made an error the best course of action is for you
to call us immediately so we can either stop the shipment from
leaving our Shoppe and make shipping corrections, or so we can
intercept the package from UPS before it is delivered.
Where's My Order?: If you have questions about where your
order is, if it has been shipped or why it hasn't arrived. YOU MUST
CONTACT US at Pioneer Heritage Shoppe as soon as possible. If you
contact the credit card company, or any other entity we can not help
you in a timely manner. You will receive an email notifying you of
when your order was shipped, how it was shipped, a tracking number
(if available) and when to expect delivery. If you don't receive
your order within a few days of that timeline, please contact us so
we can trace the package. We want you to receive your order in a
timely manner and we will do everything in our power to be sure you
do receive your order without incidence. If you fail to notify us in
a timely manner and the shipping company can not locate your
package, or reimburse us the insured rate for the package then we
can't send you a replacement. So it is in your best interest to
contact us as soon as possible. If your telephone does not
accept blocked calls or you have any other kind of a block on your
telephone line we may not be able to call you, so please call us
with questions. Also if you have not approved our email address's
you may not receive notices of problems processing your order. If
there are issues processing your order and we don't hear from you,
your order will most likely be canceled.

Shipping Timelines & Questions: We will ship your gift
directly to any location you desire (there may be limitations on
international locations). All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
Timelines for shipping will vary depending upon stock and custom

Picking Up Your Order: If you are a local customer or are
just planning on being in the area, simply place your order online
and in the comments section write "pickup". You will receive an
email or a telephone call to let you know when your order will be
ready to be picked up. Either call in to pay for your order using
your credit card and get the price without shipping or use our online
secure SSL shopping cart and select money order payment
option in our shopping cart. We do require all custom orders to pay
50% down if you are picking up your order. Contact US
to make
deposit arrangements, or if you have any questions.
Damage Claims: If your package arrives damaged please file a
damage claim with the shipping company and notify us. If the
shipping company refuses the claim we will do our best to help you
get the claim through and repair, if possible, the damaged items.
However, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after
the product has left our Shoppe, so any return shipping and repairs
will be charged to you. If the product cannot be
repaired we can discuss a suitable solution.
