Holidays & Normal Delivery Schedules
Please read specific details listed below these dates. Keep in mind that delivery for these holidays is dependant upon placing your order within the guidelines of shipping dates noted and express shipping options for orders placed after these dates. We will do everything we can to assure your packages arrive in time within these guidelines. Please keep in mind that if you are ordering something that is out of stock or Custom Made it will take longer to get your order to you.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

New Years Day January 1, 2011 Order By December 20th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date.

Valentines Day February 14, 2011 Order By February 3rd for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. Store Closed February 14th.

St. Patrick's Day March 17, 2011 Order By March 7th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date.

Easter Sunday April 24, 2011 Order By April 14th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date.

Passover Begins Sunday April 19, 2011 Order By April 6th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date.
 
Earth Day-Administrative Professional's Day April 22nd, 2011 Show appreciation for the Secretaries and Administrative Professionals and send them preserved flowers from Pioneer Heritage Shoppe!  Order By April 1st for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date.

Mothers Day May 8, 2011 (USA) or April 3, 2011 (UK) Order By April 26th (USA) or for shipments to the UK order by March 1st [UK] for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. (If order a custom made product you will need to use our suggested timelines next to the product for ordering).

Memorial/Remembrance Day May 30, 2011 Order By May 19th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. Store Closed May 30th.

Fathers Day June 19, 2011 Order By June 9th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date.

Canada Day July 1, 2011 Order By June 15th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. For orders into Canada order by June 9th and express after that.

Independence Day July 4, 2010 Order By June 23rd for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. If ordering a custom made gift please use our custom ordering timelines. Store Closed July 4th.

Grandparents Day September 11, 2011 Order By September 1st for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date.

Jewish Sabbatical, Sabbath or Feast of Trumpets - Tabernacles Celebrations September-October: While celebration times vary simply follow the ordering guidelines of 7-14 days unless you are ordering a Yule Log in which case you may wish to order 3-4 weeks in advance. Thanksgiving Day - CANADA October 11, 2010 Order By September 27th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. Store Closed October 11th

Thanksgiving Day - USA  November 25, 2010 Order By November 11th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. Store Closed November 23th-28th

Hanukkah Day December 20, 2011 Order By November 19th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. If you are ordering holiday wreaths or other made to order gifts then you should order according to the delivery times listed for that product.

Christmas Day December 25, 2011 Order By December 15th for regular delivery and use express delivery methods after that date. If you are ordering Floral arrnagements or other made to order gifts then you should order according to the delivery times listed for that product. Store Closed December 24th thru January 1st Orders received during this time will be processed on January 2nd-we may opt to ship during that time, but don't guarantee it.

Normal Delivery Guidelines - Please refer to our shipping policies.
Even if you pay for express delivery your order can only ship out once the product is available for shipping. Some products we do not guarantee color choices for, so it is best if you select additional color choices when ordering. We will choose for you otherwise.

When can I expect to receive my order? All of our country decorating and nostalgic gifts are made as the order is received, ensuring that all our exclusive floral designs are fresh and to allow for custom orders. We generally ship on Tuesdays, but we do ship out more frequently during the holiday seasons. If you need your order by a specific timeline we ask that you let us know and choose express shipping to make sure you get it on time. Refer to our shipping policies for more information.

All In-stock gifts and decor ship out the following shipping day (or sooner if express shipping is requested by 10 AM CST) after payment has been verified through our fraud department.

Out of stock items usually ship within 1-2 weeks of receiving your order. If there will be a longer delay we will notify you. Backorders: you will receive an update with expected delivery. If you opt out of having your order backordered we ask that you do so within 1 week of placing your order. If you do not respond to requests for information about a backorder your order may be canceled and price guarantee voided.

Custom Orders generally ship out within 1-3 weeks of receiving the order (or longer depending on what you ordered) Please note - even if you pay for express delivery your order can only ship out once we have made the product.

General rule of thumb is to place your order 7 -14 business days prior to the holiday but in some locations it may take as longer. So plan your shipping method accordingly. Two to three day express is your best choice for the fastest delivery.  We strongly suggest planning ahead or selecting express service. We will do everything we can to assure your packages arrive in time within these guidelines. Large (oversized) packages will ship ground service only.
