WE ONLY SHIP UPS - We have been forced to make changes in our shipping methods due to serious service, delivery and loss issues with USPS and because of these issues we will NO LONGER use USPS for any shipment! We are sorry if this is an inconvenience for you, but we feel it is a necessary precaution to protect our company as well as your purchases. Sorry, but we no longer ship to APO, or AE addresses. Thank you for your understanding.

Oversized Shipping:
Most over-sized wreaths ship out UPS Ground
if you specify EXPRESS service please be aware that these rates can get quite costly.  Please keep in mind express shipping on oversized packages can be quite expensive.  We advise you to request a quote.  If you fail to do so you will be charged the full oversized express fees. If the package is too large to ship express it will be shipped ground.

If an oversized package exceeds the allowable dimensions of Express services we will ship as indicated above.

Oversized shipping fees vary depending upon the dimensions of the package.  We will do our best to keep the costs down for you.

Shipping Floral Arrangements including Wreaths and Swags: Please be advised that some floral arrangements and most decorated wreaths and swags ship oversized due to special packaging required to make sure they arrive to your door in perfect condition.

Shipping Discounts On Multiple Purchases:
You can save money by ordering multiple items going to the same address. All shipping and handling fees are now adjusted (added or deducted) after you order to assure you the best shipping rate for your location. The shipping fee listed in the shopping cart is just a value estimate based on the total order, not the actual shipping fees. Multiple items shipped in one package to the same delivery address will receive one shipping fee at the best rate possible. Not all our products will be able to be shipped in the same box, but we will happily pass on any savings we can to you when you order multiple items that are able to be shipped together to the same address. Some breakables, most floral arrangements and wreaths generally must ship separately. The majority of our other products can be combined.

Shipping Books: We understand your concern about shipping rates for shipping out pattern books etc.  Please note that if you add several books to your shopping cart it will show an inflated price in the shopping cart....this is only a shipping estimate as indicated above.  You WILL NOT be charged this inflated price.  You will only be charged the exact fees UPS charges for shipping out your order based on your address.  For best value combine  your book order with yarn and other misc. items.  If you want a quote please contact us via email with your complete address and how many books you wish to order.  Thank you!

Shipping Express:
As with standard shipping all express shipping and handling fees will be adjusted and will be reflected on your final invoice. All express shipping requests will be shipped out the next business day UPS for all in stock items.  For custom or out of stock items they will ship once the product becomes available.  For custom products please refer to the ordering page for time lines.  All other products that may be temporarily out of stock generally ship within one week. We will notify you if the delay will be longer. We make every effort to expedite your order as requested.  As of June 10, 2010 we will no longer be able to ship overnight service to any location. Please contact us with any questions.

Service Area Issues: If UPS notifies us that your area does not not have the express service you requested, we will select the next quickest method of service for your location. Sorry, we are no longer are able to offer overnight service for any area, please select 2nd day service as this is the next fastest service available..
