Shipping Rates

Shipping will no longer be added to the price of the product. 
Instead all shipping and handling will be added to your order, please contact us if you would like a quote.
Due to some confusion regarding shipping fees we have decided to charge a base shipping fee based on a value percent in the shopping cart.
However, this may not be accurate, so we will make adjustments on your final invoice.
All shipping and handling fees will be reflected on your final invoice as stated on each ordering page and at the bottom of every page of our website.
By placing your order online, by telephone or mail, or email you are authorizing us to charge or credit your credit card for the merchandise, exchange, return and restock fees as indicated in our policies.
All shipping fees are paid by the buyer.

Physical Shipping Address is REQUIRED
Military, APO and PO Box addresses will need to select Express Shipping.
We are NOT out to make money at your expense for shipping.  You will be charged what we are charged.  

WE ONLY SHIP UPS - We have been forced to make changes in our shipping methods due to serious service, delivery and loss issues with USPS and because of these issues we will NO LONGER use USPS for any shipment! We are sorry if this is an inconvenience for you, but we feel it is a necessary precaution to protect our company as well as your purchases. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Floral Arrangements including Wreaths and Swags: Please be advised that some floral arrangements and most decorated wreaths and swags ship oversized due to special packaging required to make sure they arrive to your door in perfect condition.

Shipping Books: We understand your concern about shipping rates for shipping out pattern books etc.  Please note that if you add several books to your shopping cart it will show an inflated price in the shopping cart....this is only a shipping estimate as indicated above.  You WILL NOT be charged this inflated price.  You will only be charged the exact fees UPS charges for shipping out your order based on your address.  For best value combine  your book order with yarn and other misc. items.  If you want a quote please contact us via email with your complete address and how many books you wish to order.  Thank you!

**Please keep in mind that all shipping companies charge extra fees for rural deliveries these fees are included in the shipping charges, so some areas may experience higher rates.  Additionally, over-sized packages will be rated higher.

Please use the shipping calculator at UPS to get more definitive rate quotes based on the wt. of the products you order from our store or contact us.  We will make every effort to list the wt. of each product next to the 'Buy' button.  If you don't see one listed then contact us.
