UPS Ground Service to Canada (except remote areas) otherwise USPS International Express Shipping Only - at current USPS Express rate prices + $4.00 Handling Fee (please see below for USPS handling fee explanation) All international shipments will be insured 100%.

UPS Extra Insurance:
Coverage up to $100.00 No Charge.
For $200.00-299.99 add $2.25 and for $300.00+ add aprox $0.75 per $100.00. If you do not request extra coverage this is considered a waiver for loss or damage.

USPS Extra Insurance: Limited insurance included at USPS Rates. Please request that we add additional insurance if applicable.
Coverage up to $50.00 is automatically charged to your order. Orders that exceed this value will be shipped UPS unless you request otherwise. For more insurance please request that service and add $0.55 for each $100.00 coverage. If you do not request extra coverage this is considered a waiver for loss or damage.

For other services please make your request and contact us for fees.

FREE Shipping - within the continuous USA:
From time to time we offer FREE SHIPPING on qualifying orders. These terms are listed with the promotion and are subject to the terms of the promotion being offered at the time. If your order does not qualify you will be charged either flat rate or other shipping fees per our policies. Free shipping is for ground service only within the contiuous USA and your order will be shipped by our choice of service providers. Free shipping does not include custom orders, clearance items, vintage items, books, oversized packages or International packages unless otherwise noted in the promotion.

**If you opt out of insurance you waive all liablity to Pioneer Heritage Shoppe for loss or damage to your order.

There is NO EXPRESS SERVICE FOR OVERSIZED PACKAGES WITHOUT TELEPHONE CONFIRMATION. (Limitations may still apply)

Out of stock itmes will ship when available and you will be notified if the delay is in excess of 2 weeks. You must contact us if delays are not acceptable otherwise you will be charged and the product shipped when ready. If you need your order delivered by a certain deadline, please call or email us. We will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.

USPS Shipping Limitations and Timelines:
We only ship out USPS once per week no matter what level of service you request. Since our offices have relocated we offer USPS shipping for smaller flat rate shipable products, international, Military APO AE addresses, but if you have a PO Box not on a military base then you will still be required to provide us with your physical address. The shipping carriers used by Pioneer Heritage Shoppe is at our discretion. A small handling fee will be charged for using services other than our regular carrier. If you require that we use your shipping account there is a small processing fee that will be applied to your order. We occasionally offer Free shipping services these will ship out at our discretion and may include a small handling fee.

For clarification on USPS handling fee policy we offer this explanation: We are located in an area where there is no service and we must deliver all USPS packages to their facility at our expense. If this changes we will reduce or terminate the handling charge.

Misc Shipping and Ordering Info:

Oversized Shipping: Oversized shipping fees vary depending upon the dimensions of the package. We will do our best to keep the costs down for you.

Combined Shipping: Most orders will ship in one package, but fragile items may ship separate to protect them from breakage or damage. If you have ordered a product that is large or just can't be shipped with fragile items, for example: Glass or pottery usually ships separate from flowers/foliage and all floral arrangements ship separate from everything else. If we can combine them we will, but we cannot guarentee it. If we must split your order you will be charged actual weight for the total order or the flat rate for ground service whichever is least costly. If you have requested express service you will be charged express service for multiple packages unless you instruct us otherwise.

Backorders-Out of Stock: If an item is backordered we will contact you and let you know. You will be given the option to have the order held until the backorder arrives or cancel the backorder. If you opt to have some of your order ship prior to the backordered item arriving there will be a separate shipping cost. Some backordered or out of stock items arrive within 2 weeks, so some delays are very short. As noted on most ordering pages, items that are out of stock generally ship within 1-2 weeks of placing the order and your order will ship complete to save you money.
**Other: Credit card transactions that require additional verifications from the issuing bank will be assessed a service fee. Fees are added to shipping. Generally this applies to international orders.

Special discount code details are listed on the main page or the page regarding the product discounted.
Discount Coupon Policies: Please be advised discount coupons have limited usage. We alert you to the deadline to use these coupons and if that time has passed, even if the cart still shows the coupon is good, it is not good if the time has lapsed. In the near future we will be updating our shopping cart service to permit automatic updates, but at this time we need to manually change these, so there may be times when the coupon has lapsed, but the cart still shows the discount. Please be mindful of the expiration dates when ordering. Additionally, some coupons have limitations, so please read the details posted when using discount codes.
