Shipping Policies: ALL
shipments must be to a physical address. All shipping fees will be paid by the buyer whether
you are receiving it for the first time, or having an exchange
reshipped to you.
Shipping: We take packaging your gifts very seriously here at
Pioneer Heritage Shoppe. All orders are carefully packaged for
careful safe shipping to ensure your product arrives in the same
condition as it left our Shoppe. For combined shipping discounts see
below.
Shipping Notifications: If your package ships out via our
regular carrier you will
receive an automated shipping notification
with tracking details.
First class mail and other USPS shipments may not have this option.
If you have an invalid email address or strong spam filters you may
not receive this notification. You will need to check your spam or
contact us for these details. You
will only receive one email order confirmation from us regarding
your order, so please cehck your email or spam folder.
Shipping Day We ship daily with
our regular carrier and all in stock orders will ship
out the same or next day either ground or express services as you
require. Estimated shipping fees will be added in the shopping cart
and any adjustments in actual shipping fees will be will be reflected on your final receipt. For a quote you may contact us via
email and we can send you an estimated price quote for your address. You must
include your complete address to receive an express shipping quote.
Please be aware even if you pay for express shipping if a product is
out of stock or is a made to order item shipping will not take place
until the product is ready for shipping. Please keep in mind express
fees can be costly. If you do not request a quote we will ship per
your request regardless of the cost.

Shipping & Fees:
We now offer a FLAT RATE shipping fee for all ground packages under 10 lbs. within the continuous USA. Shipping fees are calculated based on weight after 10 lbs. and for all other areas and service requests. Charges are initially estimated, you
will be charged based on the actual weight of your order and your
address. All shipping and handling fees will be reflected on your final
invoice as stated on each ordering page and at the bottom of every
page of our website.
By placing your order online, by telephone or mail, or email you are
authorizing us to charge or credit your credit/debit card for the
merchandise, exchange, return and restock fees as indicated in our
policies.
All shipping fees are paid by the buyer.
Canadian Customers can
expect to pay duty and any Canadian taxes required at the border or
to mail carrier (if applicable). We ship Canadian orders the same
method as US orders. If you want us to bill your UPS shipping
account for shipping services there will be a processing fee. For

Express Shipping & Fees:
Express Shipping requests are filled based on availability. In stock
express requests will be filled within 24 business hours of receipt.
Out of
stock, or a pre-orders will ship only when it becomes available,
or if it is a custom order it will ship when the product is ready. Please keep in mind that all express shipments are dependent
upon availablity of stock. We do not guarantee
that all requests will be shipped out the next business day.
If you need a difinitive shipping date for a special occasion, make
your request in the shopping cart comments box or by email/phone for
verification. We
cannot guarantee express service shipping timelines, but we will do
our best to meet your needs. If you cannot have your order delayed
then you will need to call in your order to make sure it is
available for immediate shipment. Once your order has shipped and in the
hands of the carrier, we ask that you use your tracking detail that
were emailed to you to trace your package. Overnight
service may be available for some products at UPS Posted rates,
you can request this in the shopping cart.

International Shipping Fees:
All international shipping is standard ground
service or express service depending upon your location.
Please email us for a shipping quote if desired. Shipping fees will
be adjusted on your final invoice as with USA shipments noted above.
We will ship all International orders the least costly service.
Canadian orders all ship regular carrier ground service unless you
are located in a extreme remote area with limited services (if you
need faster service you need to contact us). All shipments are
insured for your protection for the full value and this is
calculated into the cost of shipping. There is no overnight service available.

Delivery Timeline or Problems: All in stock yarn
and other products ship same or next day. Out of stock yarn
knitting supplies or other products generally ship within 7-14 days
of placing your orders, some delays may occur during holidays or bad
weather. Custom order delivery times may vary, please refer to the
information on that product page for details. You will not receive
any notifications of these delays via email or otherwise. You may
email or call us for an order shipping update. If your order
has been backordered we will contact you and alert you of this
delay. Unless we hear otherwise from you, your order will be
backordered and shipped when it arrives.
We ship your orders to the
address you provide us. If your order is returned to us as
undeliverable, you refused it, or because you failed to pick it up
from the shipping company then you will be assessed a return/pickup
fee. This is a fee that we are required to pay and we must pass that
on to you. If you want the order re-shipped there will be additional
shipping fees as well. If you don't want the order re-shipped you
will be assessed a re-stocking fee and any other fees as stated in
our return policy. Additionally, please keep in mind that we
are not responsible for your errors in entering wrong addresses on
the order form. If you provide us with an incorrect address and your
order ships out you will be responsible for tracking down your
package and obtaining it from where you told us to ship it. If
you suspect you made an error the best course of action is for you
to call us immediately so we can either stop the shipment from
leaving our Shoppe and make shipping corrections, or so we can
intercept the package from the carrier before it is delivered.

**Shipping addresses that experience
verification issues by the carrier require delivery signature and
any fees are charged to your order.
Where's My Order?: If you have questions about where your
order is, if it has been shipped or why it hasn't arrived. YOU MUST
CONTACT US at Pioneer Heritage Shoppe as soon as possible. If you
contact the credit card company, or any other entity we can not help
you in a timely manner. You will receive an email notifying you of
when your order was shipped, how it was shipped, a tracking number
(if available) and when to expect delivery. If you don't receive
your order within a few days of that timeline, please contact us so
we can trace the package. We want you to receive your order in a
timely manner and we will do everything in our power to be sure you
do receive your order without incidence. If you fail to notify us in
a timely manner and the shipping company can not locate your
package, or reimburse us the insured rate for the package then we
can't send you a replacement. So it is in your best interest to
contact us as soon as possible. If your telephone does not
accept blocked calls or you have any other kind of a block on your
telephone line we may not be able to call you, so please call us
with questions. Also if you have not approved our email address's
you may not receive notices of problems processing your order. If
there are issues processing your order and we don't hear from you,
your order will most likely be canceled.

Shipping Timelines & Questions: We will ship your gift
directly to any location you desire (there may be limitations on
international locations). All orders are shipped with tracking
(limited insurance is available if you want full coverage please
request that we add this).
Timelines for shipping will vary depending upon stock and custom

Picking Up Your Order: If you are a local customer or are
just planning on being in the area, simply place your order online
and in the comments section write "pickup". You will receive an
email or a telephone call to let you know when your order will be
ready to be picked up. Simply call in to pay for your order using
your credit card and get the price without shipping. We do require all special order/custom orders to pay
50% down if you are picking up your order. Contact US
to make
deposit arrangements, or if you have any questions.
Damage Claims: If your package arrives damaged please file a
damage claim with the shipping company and notify us. If the
shipping company refuses the claim we will do our best to help you
get the claim through and repair, if possible, the damaged items.
However, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after
the product has left our Shoppe, so any return shipping and repairs
will be charged to you. If the product cannot be
repaired we can discuss a suitable solution.
