International Orders (Not Canadian Addresses):
Credit Card Payments (some cards may-not be accepted-No Guarantees - we will let you know if your card isn't accepted). Sorry, at this time there are no other payment methods for international orders accepted.

Ordering: You must use our Secure online shopping cart to place your orders.  No mail orders will be accepted.  

Ordering by Credit Card:
 While most international credit card payments are accepted, there have been some issues with certain countries, so we cannot guarantee all cards will go through.  You should check your email everyday for the 2 -3 days following placement of your order. If you have ordered a custom/made to order product you will need to check your email until you receive a shipping notice as custom orders do not generally ship out immediately. We may need to contact you about your order and prompt responses make it easier to get your order to you in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that most international shipping is expensive.  You should ask for a shipping quote, otherwise we will process your order and ship the least costly international method.

**Other: Credit card transactions that require additional verifications from the issuing bank will be assessed a service fee. Fees are added  to shipping.
  
International Delivery Questions: International orders MUST select Express International Mail where indicated. If there is no selection in the "select shipping method" drop down menu you will still be charged international shipping rates.  

If you have questions about whether we ship to your country, please contact us by email with your address and postal code and we will let you know. We DO NOT ship anywhere in Africa, otherwise we generaly ship anywhere.
