Returns and Refunds:
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products not all products are
returnable. Please see the list below to identify if the product you
are ordering is returnable and under what conditions. If you have

All Hand-Knitted Gifts: unless it is noted otherwise on the ordering

your message) or large orders of any personalized gift.

All Vintage Collectable Patterns: Unless otherwise noted.

All Bath and Body Gifts: including but not limited to shave soap,

or Discontinued.

Sorry, but we simply cannot accept returns for the above products
due to the handcrafted nature or health regulations. Also please
refer to the pages that you place your order on. Some pages have a
"all sales final" notification. This is generally due to a product
having been discontinued or a part of the list shown above. If your
order arrives damaged we will replace the same item, please follow
the instructions for returns. We no longer make any exceptions to
our return policy in accordance with credit card and federal
regulations.
Returns For Exchange Only - NO EXCEPTIONS - You must contact us for
an return authorization (ROA) prior to returning anything. Exchanges
can only be made for another size or color of the same product.
Restock fees may apply on any product returned.
Shave Mugs: exchange for another color or replacement of a damaged
mug only. Other products may be added to this list so keep checking back. If

materials listed at this link (excluding case lots, sample cards
and sale or clearance items and special alterations to the product
made at your request) are returnable under these conditions. They
must be returned within 3 days of receipt along with your original
purchase receipt and the reason for return. You must still request a
return as indicated in our return policy and they must arrive back
in our Shoppe in the same condition they left. No refunds will
be given for product that has been damaged or tampered with. We
do recommend that you order samples to avoid return shipping fees of
a product you are uncertain about. Restock fees will apply on
all returns. We do not pay or reimburse any shipping fees.

2009 * Twig Wreaths/Swags are
returnable for any reason, however these are all
handmade and we will not waive any fees for returning
them just because you disagree with the design. As
indicated on the ordering page they are all unique and
will have its own personality within design indicated by
images on our website. If you have any problems please
contact us. If you disagree with these terms,
please do not order this product. By ordering this
or any product on our website you are agreening to our
terms of service and returns policy.

2010 - this is not a new policy, just a clarification note.
If you have questions about whether a product is returnable and you
don't see it listed here please
contact us.
Requesting a Return: Please see lists above to see what is
returnable before contacting us. There is a 30% restock fee on all
returned merchandise. We do not refund shipping fees, nor do we pay
return shipping fees. All shipping fees are the responsibility of
the buyer. Refusing to take delivery is NOT an accepted means of
returning merchandise. When ordering you are agreeing to all our
policies including shipping and delivery policies.
All return requests must be made in writing via email, we will not
accept returns unless it is in writing (this is for your protection
as well as ours). Your return request must be made and received by
our office within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Any
return request made after that will not be accepted. Returns must be
postmarked within 4 days of receiving approval and arrive back in
our Shoppe within 20 days of original ship date. Returns received
after that will not be accepted.
We strongly recommend you insure your return for the full price of
your invoice as you will be responsible for all return shipping
damages (see damaged merchandise below). Customers are responsible
for returning the product in the same packaging and in the same
(re-sellable) condition it left our Shoppe (all products are
inspected and photographed with your order form prior to shipment
and will be inspected again upon return). If there is any damage to
a returned item there will be a minimum of 10% deducted from your
refund. If the damage is significant making the product un-sellable
(including smelling of cigarette smoke or other chemical damages)
then there will be no refund. All returns and cancellations will be
subject to a 30% restocking fee (contact us for authorization -
returns must still be made as stated above).
Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive damaged merchandise, please
notify us within 3 days of receipt for return and refund or
replacement instructions. You must return the product in order to
receive replacement. Sorry there are no exceptions. During Holiday
delivery times or to meet deadlines for your special gift delivery
we suggest purchasing the gift again, so you will get a replacement
shipped out right away. We can only give credit if a claim has been
successfully processed and paid out. Please follow return
instructions. ** If we receive a return that has been damaged in
shipping and you have insured your package then we will contact you
and let you know you can initiate a claim for damage. This is the
only way you will receive a refund. We don't issue refunds on
returns that arrive back in our Shoppe damaged. See

Canceling an Order: If we have already processed your order and you
change your mind and wish to cancel an order there is a 30%
cancellation fee that will be taken from your refund. If you cancel
an order before we process it then you will NOT be charged a
cancellation fee. Once an order is shipped or prepared for shipping
it is non-cancelable. No cancellations are accepted on custom
orders.

Miscellaneous Information:
Special Offers: From time to time we run specials (i.e., free
shipping, free gift with purchase, or a percent off the total order
etc. ) Offers may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or
discounts. Offers not redeemable for cash, gift certificates, E-gift
cards or sale merchandise, nor are they valid toward previous
purchases. The purchase of gift cards, E-gift cards, gift
certificates, gift wrap services, taxes and shipping and handling
charges are not included in offers. Exclusions and/or purchase
limitations may apply. We reserve the right to cancel any order due
to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of discounts and to
modify or cancel these promotions due to system error, customer

Misprints: Although this is a rarity it has happened on occasion
that there has been a misprint. Therefore, if you place an order
with a website misprint we will notify you right away. You will have
24 hours to contact us, so you may pay any additional fees. If we
don't hear from you in that timeline and the price difference is
within $50.00 will simply charge you the correct price. If it is
more than $50.00 we will simply cancel the order, so you will not
incur any service fees. You may then re-submit the order at your
convenience. If the misprint is in your favor we will make
adjustments to your invoice for the correct amount and we will
process the order without contacting you. Contact us with questions.
Product Prices: All prices on our website are subject to change
without notice. Prices will be those currently in effect on our
website at the time of ordering (excluding misprints). Please read
our FAQ's and feel free to contact us with any questions you may
have or questions not answered here.
Product Specs: Prior to shipment of any of our floral wreaths,
swags, bouquets, knitting etc., these products are measured and
photographed along with your order form for our records and will

make no guarantees that florals will be the same each year as these
are all products of nature and are subject to change. If you are
unfamiliar with the florals we ask that you purchase samples first.
Not every flower Shoppe gets these flowers from the same source and
there can be significant variations depending upon where they are
produced.
Gift Packaging: Upon request your gift will include a special gift
card at no charge. Remember to email us with that information, or
enter it in the space provided on the shopping cart order form, so
that it is included with your order. We look forward to working with

Unverifiable Orders: Sometimes we get unverifiable orders, either by
customer error or intentionally from people who think they can fool
us into shipping our products to an un-discovered land. First, we
aren't fooled the latter are automatically discarded. Those we
suspect are legitimate orders and have phone numbers or email
addresses that are valid we do try to contact you for verification.
If we can't reach you then we discard the order. If you have placed
an order and don't receive a shipping confirmation or a product
delivered in a reasonable time frame, please
contact us. Thank you.
