WHOLESALE BUYERS TERMS:
Pioneer Heritage Shoppe offers Wholesale prices to qualified
businesses.
To Setup A Wholesale Account Please Read and Follow the Instructions
Below.
All wholesale accounts must submit state sales
tax certificate to qualify.

You must have an established retail shop in order to
purchase and resell our products. We require proof of this
including photos of your shop inside and outside. photos of your
store front and signs. Additionally, We need 3 dated advertisement
listings i.e., phone book listing, news paper ads etc.

All wholesale customers must submit their
Federal and State Tax
ID Numbers and State Resale License/Certificate. A completed Retail Certificate MUST be submitted prior to
any shipment for North Dakota customers. A copy of this
document can be downloaded online.

Minimum opening order is based upon
the product ordered (generally case lots of 5 or more). Reorders are $300.00 (or required case lots). We offer NO CREDIT all
orders must be paid for online or using our other accepted payment
methods at the time of ordering. We do NOT offer NET
30 accounts. If your company has Purchase Order polices,
please let us know and we will work with you.

Our product tag must remain on the products
displaying © Pioneer Heritage Shoppe. We DO NOT offer private
labeling.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Prices will be those currently in effect on our website at the time
of ordering (excluding misprints).

Shipping will be calculated and added to your order. All shipping fees must be paid prior to
shipment. We only ship using our carriers as listed on our website, other shipping arrangements
can be made for additional fees.

International orders - we currently
do not wholesale internationally.

There are No Refunds on wholesale
orders. Any order canceled within 24 hours of placing the
order will receive a full refund less service fees for reversing any
charge already made. All orders will be assessed a 40%
non-refundable fee in addition to service fees for any order
cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order and prior to shipment.
However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products there are no
refunds and no cancellations. once we begin making your order even
if we begin within the first 24 hours.
Some products are now available at Bulk Discounts to the public no other
restrictions apply. We also offer Pre-Harvest Ordering for greater
discounts and these do not require a wholesale account.
